If you are running Evolution under Debian Sid and have lost your To: and Cc: fields in the New Message window you need to downgrade these packages:
PLEASE: Before you download these files check in
/var/cache/apt/archive to see if you still have them on your computer. My
internet provider regulates my bandwidth consumption and I don't like getting
phone calls from them.

Downgrading these packages fixed Evolution on my Sid system.
If you find that some of these packages do not need to be downgraded let me
know, it may save some 56K users a lot of waiting. Thanks.
