The broken libc6 package has been fixed and this information is no longer useful.

If you are running Sid and have been having troubles with Konqueror, Mozilla or Galeon after the last apt-get upgrade (approx Sept 24-25) then you may need to downgrade your libc6 to 2.2.4-1. I have links to the files that fixed all three of these apps on my Sid system.

The problems exhibited by my system were as follows:

Mozilla could not install due to failed dependencies in the mozilla-browser package. It segfaulted at regxpcom.

Konqueror crashed when viewing a web page (except for the debian page ;)

Galeon segfaults on opening.

Package Size (bytes) Offical Package Page
glibc-doc_2.2.4-1_all.deb 2,559,762 http://packages.debian.org/testing/doc/glibc-doc.html
libc6-dev_2.2.4-1_i386.deb 2,319,658 http://packages.debian.org/testing/devel/libc6-dev.html
libc6_2.2.4-1_i386.deb 3,417,022 http://packages.debian.org/testing/base/libc6.html
locales_2.2.4-1_all.deb 3,326,656 http://packages.debian.org/testing/base/locales.html

It has been brought to my attention that you may only need to downgrade to the libc6_2.2.4-1_i386.deb package.
Also, for anybody who doesn't know, you downgrade a packge as follows:
# dpkg --force-downgrade -i <filename>
